A client called looking for assistance following some unfortunate news halfway through his build. He needed advice as well as an urgent delivery of eco-joists and roof trusses. In order to best resolve the issues and to clarify some tricky aspects, our client felt a site visit would help reassure him that the correct information was being relayed to our timber frame factory.
Our Solution
Scandia-Hus sent a representative to assess the site, give advice and return with accurate information, in order to create the engineered drawings and get the job into production immediately. We also offered guidance on offloading and handing the joists and trusses into position, to help the project run smoothly.
