We manufacture high quality timber eco joists at our factory in Sussex and deliver to customers throughout South East England.
Eco joists, also known as open web joists, metal web joists or easi-joists, are constructed of parallel engineered timbers connected by V-shaped steel webs, providing a lightweight structural component that spans greater distances than alternative joist options.
Our eco joists are manufactured using TR26 grade treated engineered timber, meaning they meet strict criteria for load-bearing capacities.
Our Eco Joists are Trada accredited and comply with 2812-CPR-1205 for CE Marking of Metal Web Beams to EAD 130031-00-0304. This Standard relates to consistency in the manufacturing for prefabricated Metal Web Joists. To see our BM TRADA certificate, please click here.
Our timber frame factory in Sussex offers eco joist depths of 219mm, 254mm, 304mm and 417mm. Our eco joists are designed and supplied to customer specifications and we offer a quick 7 day turnaround from approved drawings and deliver across Sussex and Surrey, as well as parts of Kent and Hampshire.
