Our prefabricated timber frame panels, manufactured at our factory in Sussex, can achieve exceptionally low U-values.
We supply high performance timber frame panels, prefabricated products that save both time and energy on projects.
Our open timber frame panels allow for flexibility on site, whilst our closed panel system is pre-constructed complete with insulation and vapour control built-in, ensuring installation times are even faster.
Closed panel timber frame building systems are efficient, both in terms of construction speed and energy conservation; the factory-installed airtight membrane helps to reduce air leakage and heat loss in the finished structure.

Pre-Fabricated
All our timber frame panels are prefabricated and our closed panels even come complete with insulation and vapour control already built-in.
Low U-Values
Our closed timber frame panel has a U value of 0.16. With optional additional flanking (supplied separately) this improves to 0.12.

Timber frame is an efficient construction method enabling a super fast installation, reducing costly labour time on site.
High Quality
All of the timber we use at our factory in West Sussex is TR26 grade engineered wood and we are also TRADA certified.
Airtightness
The factory-installed airtight membrane on our closed panels help to reduce air leakage and heat loss in the finished timber frame buildings.
Sustainability
Our timber frame factory is powered by renewable electricity via 236 PV panels on the roof and we only use PEFC-sourced wood.
