Our Timber Products
Manufactured in Sussex and delivered to customers throughout the South East, our high quality timber engineered products include trussed rafters and open web eco joists.
Roof Trusses
Using prefabricated timber roof trusses ensures a cost-effective and efficient roof construction, saving time on site and producing less waste than alternatives.
Our trusses, manufactured from engineered TR26 grade structural timber, are designed with Wolf Systems, a leading company in the manufacture of timber engineering components. They specialise in providing innovative, high-quality solutions for roofing, flooring and other structural applications.
We manufacture roof trusses in sizes 72mm through to 222mm, 35mm and 47mm. We deliver bespoke roof trusses made to customer specifications. We offer a quick 7 day turnaround from approved drawings!

Key Benefits of Using Our Roof Trusses
Precision Engineering
Our trusses are designed using advanced Wolf Systems' software ensuring accuracy and optimisation for each project.
Efficient Load Distribution
Our trusses have been designed to evenly distribute loads, reducing stress on individual components and supporting structures.
Custom Designs
Tailored to meet specific structural requirements and architectural designs, our roof trusses offer flexibility in shapes and spans
Versatile Applications
Our timber trusses are suitable for various construction projects, from residential home builds to large-scale commercial structures.
Lightweight and Strong
We use high-grade timber combined with metal connector plates which ensures excellent strength-to-weight ratios in each roof truss.
Sustainability
Our Sussex factory only uses timber sourced from sustainable forests and we create designs that minimise material waste.

Eco Joists
Eco joists, also known as open web joists, metal web joists or easi-joists, consist of parallel engineered timbers connected by V-shaped steel webs between, providing a lightweight structural component that spans greater distances than alternatives.
Our joists are constructed using TR26 grade treated timber, meaning they meet strict criteria for load-bearing capacities.
Our timber frame factory in Sussex offers depths of 219mm, 254mm, 304mm and 417mm. Our eco joists are designed and supplied to customer specifications and we offer a quick 7 day turnaround from approved drawings!

Key Benefits of Using Our Eco Joists
Efficiency
Eco joists enable quick and easy installation of services through the open webbing, reducing installation time and labour costs.
Flexibility
Our metal web joists are available in a range of sizes and configurations to suit various construction project requirements.
Strength and Stability
Our timber joists are engineered to provide excellent load-bearing capacity whilst remaining stable and resistant to twisting or warping.
Greater Spans
Open metal web joists can span greater distances than solid timber joists without compromising on structural integrity.
Lightweight
Because of the open web design, eco joists are easier to handle, transport and install compared to traditional solid timber joists.
Sustainability
Made from FSC-certified timber and designed to reduce material waste, our eco joists are an eco-friendly choice for any construction project.
