Our new closed panel system is pre-constructed, complete with insulation and vapour control already built-in. Our closed panels are efficient, both in terms of energy conservation and speed of build. The factory-installed airtight membrane helps to reduce air leakage and heat loss. The closed panel includes breather membrane, OSB, timber frame, PIR and vapour control foil which gives a U value of 0.16. With the optional additional flanking (supplied separately) this improves the U value to 0.12.
